Here's what ya need: 1 Egg, 1 C Milk, 1/4 C Oil

Here's what ya do: Mix wet ingredients into Dry Ingredients, spoon into lined muffin pan, Bake at 350° for 20 minutes

*High Altitude - add 2 TBS All Purpose Flour, then 1 TBS Oil until you reach desired consistency.*
